For the last 20+ years, I've been doing the same trade. Lots of physical repetitive work. My back was a mess, my shoulders ached, weird random muscle spasms, hand cramps I felt like I was aging well before my time. After seeing the posts about the clinic on Facebook I made an appointment with Michelle to see what, if anything, could be done for my situation. After my assessment I began doing osteopathy sessions. I’ve had only four sessions to date but I can’t believe the difference in the way I feel. I can only speak for myself and my own experience , but the pain is gone. Each session systematically helps to discover, treat and undo the things I’ve done that lead me there in the first place. I’ve even been inspired to make other lifestyle changes enjoying the opportunity to get my health back to a time that I once took for granted.
